**Manager of Quality Vietnam (M/F/d)**

**Your new field of activity - challenging and exciting**
- Responsible for the entire Quality Management System, including actual documentation of all processes and guidelines
- Improve reliability of product and production development processes, maintain company quality standards and corporate compliance
- Control the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Responsible that quality control gates are in place and followed like IQC, IPQC, OQC, including supervision of audits in Vietnam
- Set requirements for inspection of raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance in consultation with technical departments
- Supervise quality inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance
- Control all product and production development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Stay current and up to date to regulations / approvals and any changes that may affect the Quality Management System, process and product quality and act accordingly

**Your qualifications - solid and adequate**
- Master´s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (technical affinity)
- At least 3 years experience in Quality Management (e.g. QA, QC, inspection, system) gained through work experience in field of production / Electronic industry
- Deep knowledge of ISO requirements (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485)
- Strong skills in observing, analysing processes and incidents
- Business fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and professional people management
- Good knowledge of MS office (additional knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Knowledge of Quality-Tools, e.g. ISHIKAWA, 8D (CAPA), FMEA, PPAP, KAIZEN
