B. Braun Vietnam (BBVN) Fresh Speed Up is a professional training and on-the-job development program for final year student or fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience. This program develops young and willing-to-learn talents into the next generation of BBVN employees.
Successful candidates will join a development stint with professional career and coaching plan within chosen department. There will be an assessment with department heads and HR to assess the performance and confirm you to become permanent employee of BBVN."
Job Functions

  • Supplier Quality Management – Develop and update supplier quality documents in compliance with ISO and global standards; support SQM program implementation.
  • Compliance – Manage Change Control and Calibration; prepare and participate in audits; handle deviations, CAPA, concessional releases; provide training when needed.
  • GMP – Conduct GMP training and inspections; create and update GMP-related SOPs.
  • Validation & Risk Assessment – Plan, execute, and monitor validation activities; participate in risk assessments; coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with WHO GMP and ISO standards.
  • Continuous Improvement – Join improvement projects and propose quality enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduated with technical background (Chemical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Food Engineering/Pharmaceutical Engineering) or related technical background.
