**Job title**: **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE** **Report to**: Business Development Manager (BDM) **Type of working**: Full-Time **Monthly Salary and Bonus Range**: Basic salary (gross) + individual commission + team bonus - Work with BDM to achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis - Maintain close relationship with existing clients - Maintain full, accurate and up-to-date information relating to the latest status of all sales prospects in CRM including, the sales stage, copies of any visit reports, proposal, contract, etc. - Deal with customer objections by investigating issues and come up with solutions - Follow up with clients & trainers from pre-course activities, during the training and to the post-course following up - Develop strong relationships with trainers and other departments in the company - Prepare weekly and monthly reports sent to BDM/BOD - Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development - Co-ordinating sales effort with marketing programmes Other taskswithin scope of professional ability as per request from BDM/BOD **Required Skills/Experience**: + Previous experience in selling training programmes would be an advantage + Experience in tele-sales, B2B sales + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Logical thinking and effective customer objection handling skills + Proactive mindset, willing to learn & change + Able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing) + Able to work independently and as part of a team => CV must be in English, CV with related experience is prefered. **Salary**: 12,000,000₫ - 22,000,000₫ per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
