Mô tả Công việc
Hỗ trợ, tư vấn đưa ra giải pháp cho user ở siêu thị và văn phòng về các vấn đề liên quan đến máy tính, hệ thống và thiết bị
Hỗ trợ cho user về sử dụng các công cụ, phần mềm đang sử dụng ở công ty
Đảm bảo sự ổn định của hệ thống mạng, phần mềm & tài khoản của nhân viên công ty.
Sửa chữa các thiết bị phần cứng như: máy in, camera, wifi,....
Đảm bảo cho các thiết bị và hệ thống của các siêu thị hoạt động ổn định
Phát triển các tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng dành cho người dùng đối với các tính năng, hệ thống được sử dụng trong nội bộ.

Kỹ năng lắng nghe, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày thuyết trình
Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng
Khả năng học hỏi công nghệ mới
Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm chuyên môn về là một lợi thế
Hiểu rõ cách thức làm việc với đơn vị đối tác liên quan
Nhanh nhẹn, hòa đồng, cẩn thận và chịu áp lực trong công việc
Sẵn sàng onsite hỗ trợ các cửa hàng thuộc hệ thống hoặc làm việc ngoài giờ
Có laptop cá nhân
Thời gian làm việc theo ca: Ca hành chính (8h30 - 17h30), Ca sáng (8h30 - 14h30), Ca chiều (14h - 22h). Từ T2 - Chủ Nhật (được OFF 1 ngày T7 hoặc Chủ Nhật tùy theo sắp xếp của Quản lý)
Địa điểm làm việc: Văn phòng chính Quận 7 và tại các Siêu thị thuộc hệ thống Kingfoodmart.
