**Job description**:

- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Developers, Testers, Designers, and Project Managers) to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Create and maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring requirements are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct business process analysis and optimization, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the successful handover to clients.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects**.
- Comprehensive knowledge & understanding about** Logistics/ Customs/ ERP** is a great advantage.
- Superior data analysis & Excel skills.
- Technical skills: SQL, data mapping, system integration knowledge.
- Stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical thinking, requirement elicitation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, workflows, and functional diagrams is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably with international clients.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master is an advantage.
