**Job description**:
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- As a Senior Business Analyst within NAB, you’ll engage stakeholders to shape and break down initiatives for Agile Engineering squads, while managing prioritization of user stories with Product Owners and User Experience Teams.

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology and Business Product Owner.
- Maximize the value being delivered by ensuring all features and stories are aligned to business value.
- Works with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritization, estimation and decision making.
- Supports Developers, Engineers and UX designers in understanding the requirements so they can deliver on their commitments.
- Engage and discuss with the related stakeholders on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure the requirements are understood by the team.
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business.
- Represent the project team at workshops, presentations, and other meetings as appropriate.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must have**
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst** (minimum 7 years)**:

- Extensive experience working in **an agile environment **and familiarity with HCD techniques.
- Experience in **banking, fintech and financial domain** (please list down projects or your domain knowledge in the resume).
- **Excellent English communication **skills (both verbal & written) and **strong presentation capabilities.**:

- Ability to communicate a **product vision to key stakeholders** and teams and working with product owner to **develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories and goals for individual sprints.**:

- Comfortable** leading workshops, **in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content.
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships.
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
- Experience in the UI/UX or understanding of user-centric mindset.

**Nice-to-have**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area
- Any additional certification or training in BA, PO, UX or related area (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, CBAP)
