**JOB OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a Business Analyst (TOPIK 5+) to join a series of projects for one of the top 3 telecommunications groups in South Korea.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create designs, write code, conduct unit testing, and fix bugs using one or more programming languages or frameworks.
- Perform Horensho (internal and customer communication), ensuring clear, complete, and accurate information exchange.
- Manage and control changes in requests, define/review scope, and communicate with customers.
- Clearly and accurately explain customer requirements and designs to the development team, and report to the customer according to the schedule.
- Support delivery team in developing functions, make sure the specification correction and code quality.
- Participate in contributing ideas and improving product quality
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Korea language or Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in Korea language: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst /Korea comunicatior/Project manager or in a similar role
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating business process models and documentation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in testing is plus
