**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)1/ Xây dựng, triển khai và vận hành chương trình khuyến mãi dành cho hệ thống Đối tác trực tiếp, Cửa hàng, thầu thợ (bao gồm tính thưởng, trả thưởng, đánh giá hiệu quả CTKM) bằng hệ thống App & kênh truyền thống theo hướng dẫn, phân công công việc.

2/ Khảo sát, thu thập thông tin của thị trường, nhãn hàng cùng ngành sơn/VLXD;
Đánh giá hiệu quả của các hoạt động chương trình khuyến mãi (APP) từ thị trường đối với khách hàng;
Đánh giá hành vi sử dụng APP của khách hàng.

3/ Phối hợp với phòng kinh doanh & phòng Marketing trong việc triển khai hoạt động, chương trình, chính sách mới đến điểm bán

4/ Tương tác với Đối tác trực tiếp, cửa hàng, thầu thợ về các chính sách, chương trình khuyến mãi của bộ phậ

5/ Các công việc khác theo sử phân công của Trưởng bộ phận & Giám đốc thương mại

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1/ Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học/CĐ các lĩnh vực liên quan

2/ Số năm kinh nghiệm:
+ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan

+ Có kinh nghiệm trong việc tham gia triển khai, vận hành các chương trình khuyến mãi qua kênh APP (là một lợi thế).

3/ Kỹ năng Anh văn: Cơ bản

4/ Kỹ năng vi tính: Excel tốt, Word cơ bản, Powerpoint cơ bản

5/Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, khả năng lắng nghe & thu thập thông tin từ khách hàng, chịu khó, kiên nhẫn, xử lý linh hoạt trước các tình huống và vấn đề của khách hàng, chịu được áp lực công việc, có thể đi thị trường (trong nội tỉnh và các tỉnh miền Nam từ Quảng Nam đến Cà Mau)
