**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: 11 - 14 triệu VNĐ) A. Pricing & Customer Services (Báo giá - Chăm sóc khách hàng): - Nhận và xử lý yêu cầu báo giá từ các khách hàng/agent hoặc nội bộ (Sales, Agent). Liên hệ với các Shipping Lines / Air Lines, Agents và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ để lấy giá (Freight, Local charges.) - Tính toán chi phí và làm bảng báo giá theo yêu cầu và đầy đủ các điều kiện cần thiết. Cập nhật biểu giá định kỳ từ các nhà cung cấp (nếu có) về cho team sales - Phân tích chi phí đầu vào, hỗ trợ phòng Kinh doanh chốt deal với khách hàng - Đàm phán với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước để có giá thật cạnh tranh nhất - Nhận bộ chứng từ Xuất/nhập khẩu: Invoice, Packing Listđể phát hành Bill (LCL/FCL/Air) - Gửi chứng từ cho đại lý/khách hàng đúng thời hạn, đúng quy trình (Draft / Copy / Alert ) theo đúng timelines - Phối hợp với team khác để cập nhật lịch trình hàng hóa, xử lý các phát sinh liên quan đến chứng từ, lịch tàu/chuyến bay, hải quan Chủ động updates tình hình lô hàng kịp thời - Lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ chứng từ theo từng lô hàng lên Server của công ty - Đã sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Fast Pro là 1 lợi thế- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và chính xác trong từng thao tác & Teamwork **Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: 4.
