**About the role**

Now we are searching for an Operations Manager who can help us achieve our business's objectives.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s day-to-day activities. Your goals are identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase productivity and profitability.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operational Efficiency**
- Oversee all aspects of the company's trade and legal team operations, including logistics, end-to-end customs process, supplier/vendor negotiation, and management.
- Strive for efficiency and quality in every aspect of operations; Design strategies and execute plans to optimize them;
- Develop and implement operational plans ( technology solutions included) that align with the organizational goals and visions

**Compliance**

Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and international laws, focusing on applicable import and export regulations, including customs and trade laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records

**Quality Control**
- Ensure high-quality service(s) delivery in a timely manner
- Analyse and manage risks of potential problems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure a smooth way of working and clients satisfaction

**People Management**
- Supervise teams’ operations and train, and develop team’s skills to improve smooth workflow
- Hire, coach, mentor, train, and motivate team members by keeping the workplace organized and workflow smooth and efficient
- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- +5 years of experience in the similar roles
- Solid knowledge of Trade Management, Import and Export, Business Laws
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset and strive for delivering the best possible customer experience
- Strong project management skills are a nice plus
