To collect debts from customers as assigned by Credit Manager/ Supervisor.

1. Contribute to the achievement of team and organizational objectives.
2. Negotiating with clients on arrangements regarding payments and making recommendations to management to ensure Departmental guidelines in relation to
installment agreements and the processing of monies received are adhered to.
3. Receive exact information on debts from sales team and collect money from customers.
4. Update the debt situation, follow up the bad debts and try to get payment from customers.
5. Reports all debts collection.
6. To keep confidential company’s business information and documentation.
7. Other tasks as assigned by Credit Manager/ Supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in computers skills (Microsoft Office)
- 02 years experience in similar work is preferable.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, good interpersonal skills, honest.
