**What We Can Offer**: - International working environment - Healthcare plan - Training - Develop and coordinate to develop credit policies, processes, tools to identify and measure credit risks and early warning thresholds - Develop a system of measurement indicators, establish risk limits to control credit risks (credit quality, concentration level, credit portfolio structure...) - Building a model to assess credit capacity of individuals/units to assign credit authority; Establish credit authority and monitor compliance with credit authority - Perform Credit Portfolio Analysis Report (including "Stress test"), identify and propose solutions to manage and adjust the portfolio to improve efficiency and control risks appropriately with the company's risk appetite. - Analyze, manage and monitor credit portfolio, and propose changes to product policies and appraisal conditions to reduce risks. - Research and set up Risk Model according to business strategy **Job Requirements**: 1. Basic requirements: - Language: Good in English (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing) 2. Qualifications: - Education qualification: Preferably from University or above - Experience: At least 02 years of working experience at commercial banks, financial institutions, auditing companies in the following fields: credit risk management, credit policy, credit portfolio analysis Understanding the personal lending market (consumer, mortgage, unsecured); Good ability to research independently as well as to work in a team; Proficient in office computing and data analysis tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, SQL, Power BI) **Job Locations**: - Ha Noi
