**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and business insights using statistical techniques.
- Build automated reporting tools and financial models in Power BI and Excel to support strategic analysis.
- Proven experience in implementing and administering Power BI solutions on Power BI Service, covering report distribution, access permission configurations, and workspace administration.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in the data domain.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Data integration and report performance optimization.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, able to convey insights and clarify complex data.
- Logical thinking and strong data analysis skills; proactive in researching and exploring data to deliver multi-dimensional perspectives.
- Power BI certification is a plus.
