Regional Retail Manager

**About Intrepid**

**The role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Retail Manager to oversee and drive the commercial excellence and profitability of our retail business across the region. As the Regional Retail Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams, as well as external senior stakeholders of our brand partners, to optimize our retail operations, regardless of brand or category. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Analyze P&L and performance at the SKU level to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the commercial team to optimize assortment strategy, pricing/discount strategy, and promotion scheme mix based on historical data.
- Develop tools and processes to effectively manage trade spends and margins by SKU and brand, considering various commercial models with different brands.
- Support the Regional Head of Ecommerce in validating Retail Business Cases across the region, ensuring accuracy and error-free analysis and computations.
- Collaborate with the country's commercial and operations teams to monitor and enhance inventory health. Review and validate proposed commercial plans to address red/black stock.
- Review and validate demand planning by the commercial team and drive improvements in demand planning accuracy.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop tools and reports that automate and improve the above-mentioned areas.
- Develop and enhance retail learning and development materials and curriculum.
- Collaborate with internal tech and the NetSuite Administrator to improve functionalities related to retail transactions in NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate and autonomous management.
- Track and improve key performance indicators, including retail brands' gross profit margin, revenue loss due to out-of-stock situations, and inventory health metrics such as healthy coverage and low aging.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and influence to drive regional and country initiatives that positively impact retail operations.
- Gather and incorporate brand feedback, ensuring high service levels and brand satisfaction.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field and proven experience in retail management, commercial operations, or related roles.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze P&L, SKU-level performance, and historical data to drive improvements and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with trade spend management and different commercial models within the retail industry.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management principles and solid knowledge of demand planning processes.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and English communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and proficiency in data analysis tools are a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on monitoring and achieving KPIs.
