1.Work in negotiate with Channel team and retail team on all pull/push SO program, maintain relationship with client retail team to get support of deployment and visibility at store level -Work With KAM in promotion proposal/promotion result checking and material tracking of new model launch, simulation and supply request -Responsible for communicating with the region to ensure that both sides of the region's opinions on goods and sales are communicated

2. Get MKT budget allocation from Retail team - Work with retailers to propose monthly co-op MKT plan (ATL&BTL) - Deploy new product launching scheme/Retail marketing campaign for Retailers to adapt Online & Offline

3. - Work with KAM and Store Development team to increase retail front coverage in A/B level Extend Xiaomi visibilities in POS stores - Confirm on stores location and inform team on new openning/closing stores - Work with regional team to ensure all of Retail Material are execute in well-mannered in regional level

4. Work with KAM and Field Force team to propose promoter investment plan to KA channel - Get feedback from Regional team on PC productivity and work with Retailers for improvement plan - Work closely with FF manager to ensure PC quality on on-board date, handling communication with retailers

5.All the daily SO, inventory data, coverage analysis. Tracking with market trends, competition activity for SO and preparation of new model launch to evaluate effectiveness of KA SO. - Do sellout report follow KAM manager request to identified low performances, low stock issues stores, Support to analyse and work out issue of SO of each region and push action taken in each region, verify productivity of SO team in weekly basis to highlight RGM in daily weekly basis.

1, more than 3 years of retail management experience, strong communication and coordination skills, familiar with consumer business;
2. Strong retail data analysis ability, strong communication and coordination ability, keen industry insight awareness and ability;
3. familiar with FRT/CPS is preferred
