**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and perform all aspects of daily operations in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company and answer inquiries.
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process including training new employees.
- Plan, host and organize the company’s events, trips, and campaigns.
- Responsible for operations procurement for the Vietnam location.
- Establish and control operating strategies, plans, processes, and procedures.
- Establish the company’s procedure, and processes related to operation policies.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate working location arrangements with the Agent Manager in compliance with company goals and objectives.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Responsible for the organization's culture, maintain a positive working environment, and create a dynamic work environment.
- Ensure quality of the workplace, facilities, and building efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate culture standards.
- Manage Facebook and collaborate with the HR Director to include Vietnam content on the company LinkedIn Page.
- Directly report operational health of VietNam branch to Finance Director and CEOs in Canada

**Key Requirements Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge relating to managing operations and production.
- Be able to work cross-functionally and cooperate with other organizations, related departments, and people.
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to manage, motivate, influence, and train employees.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledgeable in Lean methodology (continuous improvement) and change management.
- Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and social skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills and knowledge in SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making mentality.
