Ensure timing dispatch (Exports):

- Coordinate with DSP/ FSC/ IMS/ Customs Brokers and Warehouse on daily Loading Plan & Dispatch Plan according to Weekly Dispatch plan from DSP to the receiving markets requirement
- Coordinate with shipping line to organize container replenishment from the awarded shipping lines according to the Agreed Dispatch Plan and Cargo Allocation. Manage the exceptional exportation in case of any production plan changes or difficulties foreseen (customer need more stock, advanced/delayed production, etc.).Coordinating Receiving markets regarding the fulfillment of Trial Shipment result.
- Summarize and produce weekly / monthly schedule plan to secure the space from shipping line
- Participate as a team member in the improvement projects related to shipping documents, stuffing, transportation cost, delivery lead time.
- Create INV/PL, monitor timing opening customs clearance declaration and submit customs document before shipment left warehouse
- Be accountable for consulting HS code declaration, origin of goods, FTA to Cross-function, Freight Forwarders and declare with Customs authority.
- Supervise customs broker's activities in alignment with logistics security, safety behavior at factories
- Ensure compliance with the new requirements strictly by updating new export regulations, customs procedures, FDA, etc. which are implemented locally and at the receiving markets and closely monitoring logistic providers/customs brokers.

Ensure timely and error free data to perform Intermarket and Third Party Export Order-to-Cash Processes by:

- Managing Export data e.g. Customer, Material, Logistics, Transfer Price/3rd. Party Pricing, Customs & Regulatory views in SAP
- Providing documentation to facilitate commencement of Export/Import formalities including ensuring payment settlement for customer cash in advance term e.g. Bank slip (or Letter of Credit), Government Institutions (Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Export Document Legalization by Embassy's, etc.),FDA, Legal & Customs Authorities (export entry, tariff & duty regulation, Bonded shipment etc.) Incoterm and Marine Insurance.

Ensure Claim/Complaints with customer, logistics, are resolved within the agreed prescribed period and that resolutions are documented properly by the required functions. Launch action plan to prevent repeared issue.
- Analyze number, value, frequency of claims, returns and refusals and deductions at required levels of granularity, including ageing of requests and open items
- CCU (container capacity utilization) imporvement for import & export

At least 3 years of experience, especially in FMCG in the following areas:

- Demand & Supply Planning
- Import export operation
- Fully understanding of incoterm, FTAs, Origin of goods & HS code classification
- Customs regulation

Additional experiences in customer service and procurement would be beneficial
