- Product Expertise & Development:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and stay up-to-date with new developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide customer feedback, helping guide product improvements and innovations.
- Customer Engagement:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise during client presentations and proposals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their specific needs and providing customized solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent technical support and follow-up.
- Documentation & Reporting:

- Assist in preparing tender submissions, including technical specifications and support documents.
- Market Insights & Trends:

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to provide insights for product development and improvement.
- Analyze competitor products and solutions to position the company’s products effectively in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical technologies, equipment, or solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer installations, training, or events.
