Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực bất động sản trên thị trường
Khai thác, phát triển các khách hàng mới trên tệp khách hàng sẵn có từ network của CEO co-Founder
Hỗ trợ đàm phán, thương lượng hợp đồng, làm báo giá và theo dõi tiến độ thanh toán.
Chăm sóc khách hàng, theo dõi và hỗ trợ triển khai các chiến dịch marketing nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả cam kết.
Cập nhật xu hướng thị trường marketing truyền thông, sự kiện, PR..., phân tích nhu cầu khách hàng và đề xuất chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh.
Đảm bảo chỉ tiêu doanh số theo kế hoạch của công ty.
Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh phù hợp, nhằm mở rộng quy mô và gia tăng doanh số
**Yêu cầu**:
**Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan**: Kinh doanh, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh
Có từ 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương (Account, Sales B2B, hoặc Marketing bất động sản).
Hiểu biết về thị trường bất động sản và các kênh marketing trong ngành. Mạnh về tư vấn booking báo chí hoặc digital marketing cho khách hàng là điểm cộng
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực doanh số.
Tư duy mở, logic, có tinh thần cầu tiến, thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc
**Địa điểm làm việc**: Hà Nội
**Lương**: 15000K - 20000K VND một tháng
