**FINANCIAL ANALYST**

**Job description**:

- Prepare managerial financial and accounting reports
- Analyse accounting and financial data and related information, interpret and able to present to related parties correctly
- Analyse and understand commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts
- Validate data and ensure correctness of the report generated by accounting team and the system
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Understand business process, company policy, operational and financial workflow and ERP system functions and designs.
- Assist on system set up, maintenance as well as Implementing and testing of solutions
- Managing deadlines and progress to ensure set plan is delivered on time and on budget
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions. Inform supervisor as well as be a focal person on solving the issues.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change when needed
- Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in business finance or other relevant fields
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Economics,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data query and other management tools is a plus (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Experience in using ERP and deliver software training is a plus - Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills English
- Self-starter and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
