**I. POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY.**
- Manage and develop sales strategy.
- Build up sales system.
- Manage all sales activity in Sale Department.
**II. JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Sales data analysis.
- Surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.
- Looking for potential customers who have demand for the company products.
- Set up KPIs and sales targets.
- Prepares monthly/quarterly reports on Sale strategic/sale forecast.
- Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Analysis of demand/requirements from customers and transfer to R&D for development of the product.
- Build up and manage the sales process.
- Prepare the sample and quotation, documents and certification for the customer.
- Prepare sale contracts.
- Negotiated with customers about the delivery plans, warranty, MOQ, payment term, policy concern
- Control costing and prepare budget yearly for Sales Department as Business trips, Advertiserments,
- Overseeing performance of the Sales Department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Other tasks assigned from BOD.
**III. REQUIERMENTS**:
**A)** **Education**:
- University graduate or higher: Electrical - Electronics, Mechanic, Technical, Trading,...
**B)** **Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Having worked for an electronic manufacturing company, business about electronic equipment, transformer is an advantage
- Have experience working with customers in electronics manufacturing industry.
**C) Requirements**
- Confident, Good organizational.
- Knowledge of engineering, Technical.
- Ability to build processes (SOPs)
- Fluently in English.
- Proficient in basic software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective and influential communication.
- Project management.
- Engineering.
**Salary**: 40,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month
