MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Set up, review, and update accounting workflow, policies, and procedures
- Ensure accounting system compliance with accepted local accounting princi-ples, financial reporting standards, and Group policies on Finance/Accounting
- Review and approve significant payment requests and journal entries
- Monitor the compliance with local tax laws and regulations, working and dealing with Tax officer
- Cooperate with the bank for all bank-related transactions such as loans, oversea transfer, bank fees
- Review financial statement /reporting pack/dashboard
- Supervise audit process to make sure annual audited report is issue on time
- Manage and control the cash flow of the company
- Plan and control efficiently the monthly, annual, and mid-year budgets
- Manage and control the cost of the company
- Ensure effective HR management and development of Accounting staff including recruitment, induction training, regular meetings, KPI, performance appraisal, and career development

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- B.A. degree in Accounting
- At least five-year of experience in the Chief Accountant position preferred
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and all other tax/finance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, MS Dynamic
- Ability to work under pressure and complete as per the deadline
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to communicate and write in English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner
- Willingness to work regular office hours with some flexibility
