YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
RESPONSIBILITIES & MEANS
The marketing/leasing of offices and retails on the lobby, mezzanine, and 3rd floor plus other premises that WICL may have in the future, without compromising the present average rental rate. This includes coordinating with international/local property agents and hotel sales team in the marketing/ leasing of said premises.
The day-to-day management of premises including Hotel. This includes coordinating and monitoring the work being done by Hotel’s Housekeeping/ Engineering/ Security/ Finance, etc. in connection with the existing premises and the ones that WICL may have in the future to ensure all our tenants will always have a decent working environment.
The customer relationship management to ensure maximum satisfaction for our existing and potential tenants.
The other duties that the company management may assign from time to time as required by the Company’s business.
REPORTS
**Report**: Lease Status Report (WICL) to be sent to UOL - Head Office and copy WICL GD at the end of each month.
Yearly rent revenue budget for retails and office to be done upon receipt of the request from GD and Chief Accountant with timeline guided.
Update Parking list report to hotel security and finance department upon having the new parking lot approved.
Update yearly privilege card report to be made for updating to hotel finance department by year-end after privilege card renewal issued to tenants.
DAILY TASK
Handle tenants’ request.
Search for potential clients by sales calls.
Prepare the letter offer, the lease agreement or lease renewal agreement accordingly.
Coordinate with IT department for printing parking ticket and privilege card.
Cooperate with hotel engineering for supporting tenants fitting out works or handover.
MONTHLY/ QUARTER TASK
Follow up with Finance Department for outstanding payment of tenants.
Prepare BOM meeting for property part.
Organize retention programs for tenants.
Capex yearly count
Inspection of Disposable Capex
Coordinating with Hotel to upkeep the Property external & Internal
Coordinating with MarCom & HK to upkeep the Art Pieces of the Property
All assets stocks counts in Hotel
Coordinating in opening tenders with Purchasing Department
Assisting GD in managing and coordinating the Board of Directors coming for BOMM
Managing Owner &Tenant relationship
YÊU CẦU HỒ SƠ
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of hotel experience, preferably in property management or customer service.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prior experiences in hotel operation/management is a plus
