**1. JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Advise, conduct trademark searches and assess registrability; handle trademark filings and address issues arising during the examination process in Vietnam;
- Advise, prepare and file opposition, cancellation, and invalidation actions related to trademarks;
- Support enforcement of intellectual property rights and assist with related legal procedures.

**2. REQUIREMENTS**
- At least **3 years of experience** in the field of intellectual property;
- Strong English reading and writing skills (equivalent to **IELTS 6.0** or higher);
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
