1. Office Leasing & Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and secure new tenants to meet leasing targets.
- Manage the full leasing process: client approach, site tours, proposal preparation, negotiations, and lease execution.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, direct outreach, and agent partnerships.

2. Tenancy Mix Management
- Monitor and enhance the building’s tenant mix to support strategic positioning and long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align leasing strategy with building objectives.

3. Lease Renewals
- Handle lease renewal negotiations to retain quality tenants and ensure mínimal vacancy.
- Proactively manage lease expiry schedules and engage tenants in advance.

4. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct regular market research on rental rates, vacancy trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide insights to support pricing strategy, leasing decisions, and performance reporting.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Hanoi Grade A office leasing market.

5. Agent & Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and property consultants.
- Organize building tours, agent events, and communication campaigns to promote the property and generate leads.

6. Internal Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, property management, operations) to ensure smooth lease execution and tenant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all leasing transactions.

- Working hours: 08:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in office leasing, preferably with Grade A commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of the Hanoi commercial real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing-related software
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
