Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the reservations department.
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage booking systems and handle guest inquiries with precision and efficiency.
Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve excellence.
Analyze reservation trends and implement strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Proven reservation experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking procedures.
Strong skills in Outlook and Excel, including advanced formulas. Experience with Opera system is a plus.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
