MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Purchasing
- Updates price quotations for the market list items.
- Daily market list ordering.
- To carry out a regular market analysis of the items generally required by the Hotel and verify the availability if the required goods.
- Procures the emergency requirements of the kitchen and engineering by direct purchases.
- Updates on the approval suppliers list of the hotel.

Purchase Requests
- Follows up on purchase requests from departments.
- To ensure prompt/punctual delivery of items for the hotel’s uses.
- Prepares tender documents for fresh food and beverage on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Collect purchase requests from various departments.
- To follow up of outstanding purchase orders.

General
- Ensures that all goods are delivered timely, in case of failures by the suppliers, to report the matter to Chief Accountant.
- Ensure competent quality executive of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Maintains records of supplier performance, purchase requisitions and purchase order, tender documents/ notices, other documents and circular sent by various departments.
- Notes discrepancies between quoted and delivered prices noted by the receiving and obtains clarification from suppliers.
- Carries out the hotel policy and procedures.
- Performs special duties/projects as required.

Market Lists
- Continuously updates price quotations for all market list items.
- Monitors vendor reliability and dependability and establishes contacts with prospective suppliers.
- Secures delivery of required market list items at reasonable prices and in keeping with the hotel quality standards.
- Completes market list according to the procedures and forwards to Chief Accountant for review and approval.
- Provides constant and accurate feedback to Chief Accountant with regard to market conditions, product availability, and seasonality and price trends.

**Education**: A diploma or degree qualification. Good English.
**Experience**: Hotel-related experience desired
