**Job Description**:
Warehousing Function
- Support Logistics team on the outbound delivery’s procedure to ensure accuracy of inventory and also timely & accuracy when assigned. Ensure warehouse practices are in line with GTC requirements.
- To follow up to close any discrepancy cases due to inbound/outbound shipments. As well as to follow up with the forwarders for the delayed/late deliveries. To raise and/or claim form, should there be any damages due to forwarder, and follow up to get the case closure.
- Support Logistics Supervisor/Manager to document and implement SOP with teams and all relevant parties.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents.
- Perform billing verification, process in OnBase and submission to Finance.

Export/Import Function
- Ensure that all shipments (inbound & export) are in compliance to the US import & export rules and also local custom requirement.
- Ensure shipments to customers are shipped on time and delivered accurately. And able to handle customers’ complaints relating to deliveries and provide appropriate corrective actions.
- Support Logistics Supervisor/Manager to document and implement SOP with teams and all relevant parties with regards to transportation and EXIM activities.
- Perform regular self-audit with team as scheduled and report back to operations manager on the results/issues. Understand and complied with new and existing custom regulations.
- Perform regular health checks related to transportation and EXIM activities.
- Perform any other activities & projects as and when assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Education and Experience
- Diploma/degree in supplier chain or Logistics Management or Degree in International Management/Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in logistics and transport.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Knowledge of Local Country’s import & export custom regulations and process and knowledge of SEA country’s custom regulations will be a plus.
- Knowledge of basic inventory optimization.
- Basic Knowledge of SAP will be a plus point.
