Business Development

**I. Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Conduct ongoing market research
**II. Require**
- Degree in Business or Marketing
- Diploma holders with B2B/B2C sales experience are welcome.
- +1 year in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (IT sector experience is a plus).
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in the English language
- Strong interpersonal, research, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, resilient, fast learner and adaptable
**III. Benefit**
- Salary is 20M VND + KPI bonus
- Salary package: 14-16 month/year
