**1/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
- Lead end to end sale process: find lead, pitch, negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
- Consult and tailor Ailiate program solution that align with the customer's business goals. Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure campaigns run properly.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking.
- Proposed to BOD actionable business strategies and facilitated crossdepartmental implementation
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, pitch decks, case studies, and internal documentation to support business development eorts.
- Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.

**2/REQUIREMENTS**

**MUST HAVE**
- At least 3 years of work experience in Business Development B2B.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
- Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
- A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
- Communicate well in English.

**GOOD TO HAVE**
- Proficient in using Microsoft Oice and related software. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

**3/BENEFITS SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE**
- Base salary up to 1200$ with uncapped commission scheme.
- Meal (45.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
- Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
- Work directly with Vietnam's Leading industrial corporations: MBBank, Shopee, Techcombank.v.v.
- High frequency local & overseas business trip.
- Clear path to team lead or Manager based on performance.

- Working time 9.am - 6pm (Monday to Friday )
