We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and developing relationships with potential business partners and clients, helping to expand our market presence and explore new business opportunities.

Scope of work:

- Identify and research potential business partners and clients in Vietnam to support company growth objectives.
- Business project proceeding with/without partners.
- Initiate contact, arrange meetings, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in target companies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target companies and markets.
- Attend meetings, conduct exploratory discussions, and gather relevant business insights.
- Gather and analyze information about prospective partners to assess alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Evaluate and develop business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations, proposals, and strategic plans for partnership discussion.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A highly energetic individual with solid knowledge of software development, eager to explore sales opportunities and expand the customer network. Age range: 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT/IT, Business, Technology or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Sales experience about ICT/IT solutions (ERP, MES, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business environments and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (A high level of proficiency in Japanese is considered an asset).
- Willingness to travel for meetings and networking when needed.
