GCOO combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Internship, Corporate Services**.**Principal responsibilities**
This position will also support Operational management Manager with activities, cyclical work pieces such as weekly/ monthly and annual Reporting and short term initiatives.For the Operational Intelligent and Planning, the key tasks will include all or some of the following:
- Collection and consolidate data related to Golden System: Floor Management System (FM:S) area and Horizon.
- Collection, consolidation, follow up the change in layout and working with Facility Management team
- Perform Data Analysis when required.

For the Operational Management (OM), the key tasks will include all or some of the following:
- Support OM manager in the implementation of ESG strategy, come out with green initatives and collect the data (energy, waste, water, CO2) from the team.
- Support OM manager to embed D&I culture in the team and in the bank as well.
- Collection and consolidate and update the Department Instruction Manual (DIM) and follow up any change in process or procedure from each sub-team.
- Collection and consolidate the key controls submission from each sub-team.
- Collection and consolidate the information of document record retention from each sub-team.
- Assisting team members in collecting information and documents from others departments within the Bank.
- Ensure governance is applied to all meetings with robust documentation and supporting management controls.
- Write minute of meeting after team meeting, contribution to developing communication materials.

Support financial planning, management and reporting:
- Facilitate & support OM manager in monthly recharge process to Line of Business/ Line of Function.
- Review GL reconciliation and substantiation on monthly basic.
- Review Operating Cost and ensure the actual cost align with budget and keep flat on monthly basic.

Some challenges may include:
- Working under pressure to ensure adequate resilience, compliance and performance.
- Working effectively across a number of stakeholders who may have conflicting viewpoints and agendas
QualificationsRequirements- Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet).
- Ability to intern full-time in 6 months is a plus.
- Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions.
- Good in English (listening; speaking, writing and reading).
- Excellent in Microsoft Office. (excellent in Power BI is an advantage).
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication.
- Strong organizational and planning.
- Have a positive mindset and keen to learn new things.
- Ability to grasp, understand and independently handle new works and ideas.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with internal team and external parties.
