**Role Overview**:
TechX is seeking an innovative and results-driven **Marketing Specialist** **& Manager** to lead and execute branding initiatives that enhance our reputation as a technology and AI leader in Vietnam and globally. This role involves creating impactful marketing strategies, managing branding campaigns, and ensuring consistency in all brand communications to support TechX’s mission of driving innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy and Development**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy to position TechX as a leader in technology and AI.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communication channels.

2. **Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan and implement creative marketing campaigns to boost TechX’s brand visibility and recognition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital platforms, events, and public relations.

3. **Digital Presence**
- Manage TechX’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve digital outreach.

4. **Content Creation and Management**
- Partner with content creators, designers, and videographers to develop high-quality marketing materials, such as videos, presentations, and brochures.
- Regularly update branding assets to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives.

5. **Market Research and Insights**
- Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer perceptions.
- Leverage insights to identify new opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

6. **Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work with HR and recruitment teams to position TechX as an employer of choice, supporting employer branding initiatives.
- Align branding efforts with sales and product teams to support broader business goals.

7. **Performance Tracking and Reporting**
- Define and track KPIs for branding initiatives, providing regular updates on campaign performance.

Use analytics to continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on branding.
- Proven ability to execute branding campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
