We’re looking for an Instore Marketing & Visual Merchandising (VMD) Specialist to drive customer engagement and boost sales through effective in-store marketing, product displays, and local activations.

Marketing
- Plan and run localized marketing programs and seasonal promotions.
- Lead brand collaborations, artist tie-ins, and community events.
- Manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
- Execute sales-focused campaigns aligned with HQ/RHQ guidance.
- Manage social media posts and ad performance.

Visual Merchandising (VMD)
- Develop display strategies based on seasonality and store traffic.
- Design and install visual materials that reflect brand identity.
- Oversee visual setup schedules and material placement.
- Maintain inventory of VMD and display assets.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or visual merchandising, preferably in retail.
- Strong creative, design, and project management skills.
- Proficient in social media tools and merchandising software.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
- Flexible availability for events and store operations.
