- Daily QC inspection of very high value and quality sailing yachts.
- To develop effective systems to enable the QA/QC Department & Production Management to consistently delivery world class luxury sailing yachts with mínimal defects and industry standard manufacturing processes.
- Conduct Quality checks of work in progress, supplier parts and finished products.
- Ensure correct procedures are followed from work intructions / technical drawings
- Final inspection of finished parts for inperfections and damage
- Root cause analysis
- Development of work instructions and labor training requirements
- Development of QA systems
- Inter department liaison
