TITLE: Quality Control Inspector

REPORTS TO: Manager, Quality Control

Reporting to the Manager’s Title, the Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring all BERMANFALK product complies to specifications and meets required quality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Inspections
- Conduct timely and accurate quality inspections within BERMANFALK’s quality inspection system.
- Resolve defects/issues
- Provide final approval of inspections.
- Ensure all required testing and compliance is followed relevant to product type.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to solve quality issues, and implement corrective action plans.
- Adhere to daily/weekly planned inspections within BERMANFALK’s quality inspection schedule.

General
- Participate in and promote established company-wide meeting rhythms, team building,
- Enjoy opportunities to participate in 3rd party invitations such as industry events, or workshops.
- Lead by example and have fun while doing it

COMPENSATION: Salary Range $900-$1000 per month

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English / Vietnamese.
- General Understanding of CAD / Solid Works or Inventor.
- Understanding of logic-based project management systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of international furniture standards:

- ANSI/BIFMA
- BS/EN Standards
- ASTM Test Methods
- ISTA Packaging
- USA/CANADA compliance. TITLE VI, TB 117 etc

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of post-secondary diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a customer focused manufacturing role, quality inspector role or equivalent
