You will play a vital role in transitioning our testing services from mostly manual to automated throughout the software development lifecycle, positioning our projects at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver test automation and test automation frameworks
- Define test automation approaches, measure effectiveness to utilize resources and testing methods
- Manually execute test cases across different functionalities, logging all identified defects and bugs in the tracking system
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered in pre-defined test cases
- Prepare the necessary test data (if applicable) and maintain a test data bank to ensure sufficient data is available for multiple scenario-based testing
- Participate in usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and suggest improvements
- Prepare detailed test reports with clear documentation of test execution results, defect logs and regression testing coverage
- Client-facing role: participate in phone conferences, customer interviews, workshops and presentations

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of Software Testing and/or Test Automation experience using Python programming, dealing with complex technical issues and tasks
- Advanced in test automation using test automation frameworks in Python and related tools such as Karate & Gatling
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong expertise in test management and functional testing
- Understanding of Test Automation Approaches and Test Automation Principles
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Test Automation processes
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2)
