Bạn sẽ là người đứng sau hậu trường giúp các KOC/KOL/Creator toả sáng - đồng thời là mắt xích quan trọng kết nối nhân tài với các chiến dịch nội dung của thương hiệu.
Trách nhiệm chính:

- Scouting Talent:

- Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và kết nối với các KOC/KOL/Creator tiềm năng, đặc biệt là mảng livestream (TikTok/Shopee/Facebook).
- Xây dựng và cập nhật database talent theo từng ngành hàng, phong cách, mức độảnh hưởng.
- Talent Management:

- Quản lý và duy trì mối quan hệ với các talent hiện tại.
- Đàm phán deal, quản lý booking, theo dõi hiệu suất và phản hồi sau chiến dịch.
- Project Execution:

- Làm việc trực tiếp với team nội bộ và đối tác để triển khai các buổi livestream/video campaign từ A-Z.
- Làm việc với team nội dung để đảm bảo chất lượng, timeline và định hướng thương hiệu.
- Livestream Event Management:

- Lên kế hoạch, điều phối nhân sự, và giám sát thực thi các buổi livestream sự kiện (launching, mega day, seeding ).

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự (ưu tiên từng làm tại agency, MCN,nền tảng TMĐT hoặc brand).
- Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, nhạy bén với xu hướng nội dung và hình ảnh.
- Hiểu thị trường influencer/livestream Việt Nam, đặc biệt là gen Z.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng và tổ chức tốt.
- Làm việc có trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực, sẵn sàng làm việc theo campaigndeadline.
- Ưu tiên nếu từng quản lý các chiến dịch có sử dụng creator dạng student talenthoặc KOC cấp độ nhỏ.
