1. Cash, Bank, Payment Accounting:

- Monitor income and expenses, advance cash for each employee.
- Track cash and bank transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, prepare reports on accounts payable.
- Directly or assist in creating purchase contracts with suppliers within the assigned scope and job responsibilities.
- Input and maintain accounting data and documentation.
- Monitor the contract and accounting document exchange process.

2. Sales Accounting:

- Generate commercial invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable with each customer.
- Track sales documents, Export documents.
- Directly or assist in creating sales contracts with customers within the assigned scope and job responsibilities.

3. Payroll Accounting:

- Calculate and process salaries for office staff and workers.
- Monitor salaries and company salary policies.

4. General Accounting and Other Tasks:

- Report directly to the Director on cash, bank, and weekly or when there are fluctuations in generated data.
- Update and report internal cost regularly.
- Estimate costs in case of significant fluctuations in incurred expenses.
- Prepare profit and loss reports for each order, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Generate internal reports as requested by the Director.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the Director.

- Proficient in office software.
- Basic English skills.
