Department: Services Accounting Singapore & Hong Kong

Internship Duration: 3 - 6 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Expected Start Date: December 2025

Position Overview

The Full-Time Accounting Intern will support the Services Accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic, international environment, providing exposure to key areas of accounting, reporting, and financial administration.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of accounting and international financial reporting principles
    (IFRS)
    and practices.

  • Good at English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Eleven) is a plus.

  • Ability to work full-time and commit to the internship duration.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Assist with Financial Records:

  • Support in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial data in accounting systems.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense records.

  • Support Month-End Closing:

  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Assist in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable tasks.

  • Ensure Compliance:

  • Help ensure transactions comply with internal policies and local accounting regulations.

  • Support document preparation for internal and external audits.

  • Data Management:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining accounting records and documentation.

  • Support with data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy.

  • Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Accounting team.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
