  • Job Title: Accounting intern· Site: Bel Vietnam - Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Scope: Vietnam· Reporting to: AP team leader JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLESTo clean up and organize the accounting documents of Bel Vietnam.PERIMETERS OF THE JOBNumber of reports (direct & indirect): 0RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
  • Clean up accounting books (all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts); translate all GLs and supporting documents in foreign languages into Vietnamese;
  • Prepare and reconcile the lists of VAT input and output invoices
  • Archive accounting documents and books
  • Support asset tracking and participate in stocktaking activities
  • Assist with year-end closing preparation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
  • Fresh graduated from University - specialized in Finance & Accounting or Banking
  • Commitment to work full-time for at least 6 months
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers· Time management skills· Communication skills: clear - efficient - transparent· Experience using Microsoft Office; especially Excel· Proficiency in English is a plus LOCATIONBel Office - HCMC
