**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for a forward-thinking **Senior Software Engineer to lead our Research & Development team**. You will spearhead the development of Proof of Concept (PoC) products to demonstrate our technological capabilities to clients. A key aspect of this role involves working with emerging technologies and Generative AI to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, you'll provide technical content for our marketing team, enabling them to craft engaging, knowledge-driven articles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the R&D team to foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
- Develop PoC products using emerging technologies to demonstrate our advanced technological capabilities to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, providing them with technical content for publishing insightful articles.
- Focus on Generative AI to enhance our technological prowess, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to measure the productivity gain with and without Generative AI, offering insights into the efficacy of these technologies.
- Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging them to explore and learn new technologies.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- At least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering tech projects on time and to specification.
- Extensive experience with emerging technologies and Generative AI.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
