**About the role**:
The Marketing Admin will support the execution of brand marketing, marketing activation, and marketing operations activities. The role ensures smooth coordination of marketing materials, campaigns, and operational processes aligned with company’s global and local strategies
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Marketing**:
- Manage the adaptation and approval process for marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, technical catalogues, videos):
- Screen company resources and adapt materials into Vietnamese as required.
- Manage redesign projects, ensure approval from Area Portfolio Leader and Regulatory Affair, and upload to the system.
- Oversee Vietnamese subtitling for global videos and coordinate local video production for consumer communication.
**2. Marketing Activation**:
Consumer Activation (Retail Channel):
- Coordinate targeting across channels (online, offline, key accounts).
- Support marketing campaign execution, including offline displays, viral network activities, and scheduling campaign frequency.
- Assist in designing and implementing promotions, discount programs, and bundle sales schemes.
SFDC Campaign Management:
- Create and manage local marketing campaigns aligned with global initiatives.
- In charge of leads upload, sales rep assignment, opportunity tracking on Event Campaign.
- Generate surveys and QR codes on Eloqua, ensuring proper linkage to events.
**3. Marketing Operation**:
Support sponsorship process:
- Handle vendor code creation, contract coordination, and verification of bank/tax codes.
- Assist in processing payments related to marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing administration or support role, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or B2B sectors.
- 6 months - 1 year experience in managing e-commerce platform/campaign.
- Experience in design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing systems (e.g., SFDC, Eloqua, DAM platforms) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong coordination abilities.

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
