**BROAD SCOPE**:

- Ocean Freight Forwarding jobs
- Operation jobs for Ocean, Border Truck Export shipments

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receiving export orders from customers as the shipping schedule
- Booking with carriers, and forwarders for securing or getting spaces.
- Preparing shipping documents accordingly like Shipping Instruction, checking draft B/L
- Follow up with shipment status until cargo arrived at the destination
- Follow up with payment procedure in cooperation with billing teams
- Cooperate with the inland trucking team for arranging empty container gates in the factory.
- Ensure that documents are properly filed and archived
- Attend to customer inquiries and orders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years at least in logistics Company, required Ocean Export experience.
- SKILLS:

- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English communication, writing, and speaking
- Be hard-working, willing to learn new things, and have an attitude

**BENEFITS**:

- Salary range: 12 - 13 mil gross per month
- Monthly Meal Allowance 910,000 VND/Month

**WORKING TIME**
- Working time: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5.45 PM)

- Bắc Ninh: Có khả năng di chuyển đến nơi làm một cách chắc chắn hoặc lên kế hoạch chuyển nhà trước khi bắt đầu làm việc (Bắt buộc)
