We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager to lead the market research, development and establishment of our trading business in Vietnam.
Objectives of this role
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationship
**Responsibilities**:
Develop our floor coating business - PU Screed/PU Coating and Waterproofing - Torch Membrane
Support and maintain our current customers and prospect for our interior products - Raised Floor and Vinyl Tiles
Manage organizational sales by developing a strategic sales plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meet planned sales goals.
Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Coordinate with marketing in Japan/Indonesia on lead generation.
Work and collaborate with Product Champions in Indonesia
Work with China team on the interior product orders from existing customers
**Job Requirements**:
Requirements and skills
Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years relevant experience in Coating products with International Companies
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team (expect to recruit and grow the new sales team in the near future).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.
Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
