The role is to develop, maintain and implement the PVA internal regulation's governance risk management and assurance frameworks.

**Policy Governance scopes**:
Phạm vi quản lý hệ thống chính sách
- **Organize and monitor the changes of PVA's governance policy, set of Prudential Group's policy & standard, Local regulations relate to operate the insurance business**.

Tổ chức và quản lý các thay đổi về chính sách của PVA, Tập đoàn Prudentials, quy định pháp luật của nước sở tại Việt Nam liên quan đến vận hành kinh doanh bảo hiểm.
- **Analyze, identify the potential risks which may incur due to the gap between PVA's internal regulation/ practice with set of Prudential Group's policy & standard or Local regulations via deepdive, appetite testing.**

Phân tích và xác định các rủi ro tiềm ẩn có thể phát sinh liên quan đến khả năng đáp ứng tuân thủ quy định (Tập đoàn, Luật nước sở tại) của PVA qua các chương trình deepdive, hoặc appetite testing.
- **Serve as an in-house advisor regarding risk management policies, regulatory regimes to ensure alignment of PVA's operation with Group and local regulations. Provide content and prepare advice on risk and governance issues and information as required.**

Tư vấn trong nội bộ về quản lý rủi ro chính sách, quy định pháp lý để đảm bảo sự vận hành PVA phù hợp.
- **Perform risk management tasks to ensure the compliance with Group Risk Framework, which focus on the governance management as required.**

Triển khai các nghiệp vụ quản trị rủi ro để đảm bảo tuân thủ với Khung quản trị rủi ro của Tập đoàn theo yêu cầu của tổ chức.
- **Develop corresponding communication requirements for new and updated policy documents and work with communication partners in developing communication plans.**

Xây dựng các yêu cầu truyền thông tương ứng cho các tài liệu chính sách mới và cập nhật và làm việc với các đối tác truyền thông trong việc phát triển các kế hoạch truyền thông.
- **Develop and implement training programs which support to implement policies in PVA and transfer the knowledge of risk management policies.**

Phát triển và thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo về rủi ro chính sách trong PVA.

**Enterprise & Operational Management scopes - 2LOD's governance & internal control framework activities**:
Thực hiện các hoạt động quản trị/ kiểm tra kiểm soát:

- **Participate and perform operational deep dives, quick scanning tests as requested, which include verifying relevant documents, analyzing data/ information and drafting report to provide risk assessment on aspect of Group/ local policy compliance.**

Tham gia thực hiện các chương trình kiểm tra chuyên sâu về rủi ro hoạt động hoặc các nhiệm vụ kiểm tra nhanh theo yêu cầu, bao gồm kiểm tra các chứng từ, phân tích số liệu/ thông tin, chuẩn bị báo cáo nhằm cung cấp đánh giá về việc tuân thủ chính sách của công ty hoặc Tập đoàn.
- **Advise 1LOD in the business process improvement requests or self-audit questionnaires for proactive risk management purpose.**

Tư vấn Tuyến phòng thủ thứ nhất các yêu cầu cải thiện quy trình hoặc bảng câu hỏi tự kiểm tra nhằm mục đích quản lý rủi ro một cách chủ động.
- **Perfom the preparation of required reports (Business control report, SOX, ORSA,..).**

Hỗ trợ việc chuẩn bị báo cáo Kiểm Soát Doanh Nghiệp và việc triển khai các bài tập Quản Trị Rủi Ro Doanh Nghiệp.
- **Coordinate with other departments/ units to facilitate the PVA risk management tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed. E.g. Support complaint handling, prepare PVA Risk Committee meeting materials.**

Phối hợp với các phòng ban trong việc thực hiện tác nghiệp quản lý lý rủi ro khi cần.

- **Support the Risk culture programs to enhance the 1LOD's the capability of policy governance and risk management.**

Hỗ trợ các chương trình Văn hóa Quản lý Rủi ro nhằm nâng cao khả năng của Tuyến phòng thủ thứ nhất về quản trị chính sách và quản lý rủi ro.
- Proactively look for better ways to improve the effectiveness of the risk management activities;
- Other tasks to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any).
