**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a highly versatile, inventive Data Strategy Manager, someone who brings the authority to the role and a collaborative style that fits our internal culture and Clients’.
As Data Strategy Manager, you will deliver business growth for our clients by creating ground-breaking solutions at the intersection of Consumer data and marketing technologies, which include CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience and eCommerce.

**What you’ll do**:
- Build effective CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience, and eCommerce plans, that leverage data and are powered by marketing technologies (less brand planning, creative strategy; more business consulting, data, technology, and experience strategy in consideration of paid, owned and earned channels)
- Uncover strategic segmentation and driving consumer’s insights from 1PD and CRM program/brand’s program engagement.
- Co-analyze data with data-expertise (Data Analytic, Data Engineering...) to come up with performance analysis and potential patterns (audience group, behavior, prediction...) that inspire and create customer and business impact
- Develop data driven and actionable solutions using consumer journeys, audience segmentation and service brand platforms / ecosystems
- Initiate data and consumer experience solutions that tight up with communication, technology, media and other stakeholders (Sale, eBiz, etc.) to maximize business performance
- Work in a variety of databases and reporting systems for the creation of plans and recurring reports, solving Client’s business problems
- Strategically guide the entire process through practical briefs, supporting reporting and optimization efforts
- Lead, coach & develop junior peers
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver the above
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of demonstrable data strategy and analytics experience in relevant domains and environments
- Strong problem solving, both on a conceptual level in defining the strategic vision as well as practical level in handling planning and operational considerations
- An analytical mind and skillset - able to make recommendations using various tools and techniques
- Communication and presentation skills - you’re articulate, straightforward and engaging
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies and data driven Consumer Experiences across POE channels
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate in dynamic, frequently changing environment
- Passion to discover untapped opportunities for our clients and internal Team
