**Job Purpose**:

- The **Data Management Manager** is crucial within the D&T department at HEINEKEN International, spearheading the APAC Data & Analytics Hub. It is central to operationalizing our strategy of establishing standardized and scalable data foundations across the region and enterprise. Renowned for delivering cutting-edge innovation, robust technology, and advanced analytics, the D&T department equips HEINEKEN with a significant technological advantage, aligning with our ambitious organizational goals.
- This position is pivotal in operationalising our strategy to establish standardised and scalable data foundations across the region and the enterprise, underpinning our commitment to enhancing operational decision-making through high-quality and consistent data.

**Job Overview**:

- The **Data Management Manager** oversees data governance and quality for an entire region, setting strategic direction, ensuring compliance with global standards, and leading data initiatives across OpCos within the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to data governance frameworks and policies set by the Head of D&A and the Regional Data Lead, aligning with standards.
- Develop and implement an Enterprise-wide Data Model with clear processes.
- Monitor, report on, and analyse data management KPIs.
- Coordinate with Local Data Stewards to ensure data quality and control.
- Drive the development and adoption of data management best practices.
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making and future directions.
- Enhance collaboration and communication within the APAC region.
- Lead the mentorship and development of Data Stewards/Requestors (team of 6)

**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Masters in IT, Data Management, or related field.
- 8+ years in Data Management with leadership experience.
- 2+ years in team/project management.
- Regional, multi-site, and multi-cultural experience preferred.
- Familiar with Service Request tools and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and relevant business domains.
- Excellent written and verbal English and local language.
- Leadership Skill: Communication skills, Stakeholder Management, Influencing skills
- Demonstrated data management and governance expertise.
- Leadership across diverse teams and locations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data management KPIs.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to strategic directions and motivate team progress.

**Working Condition**:

- Office-based role (with Hybrid Working) with standard working hours in Ho Chi Minh head office.
