We are in the process to purchase a robot (NOVA NIRYO). In close collaboration with our R&D development centre in Switzerland, we aim to simulate a human in a smartphone app testing environment. With such an advanced test, automation results are accurate and can be processed overnight.

To develop a fully functional robot smartphone testing environment, we are hiring a suitable and experienced engineer. We are looking for an engineer with robot experience and a strong self-learning attitude. Furthermore, this person needs to be a technical explorer; able to find the best solutions implementing all the required processes. We are also looking for someone skillful in IT. Mechanical knowledge to operate and develop robot functions are necessary. English language is a must as well to be able to communicate with the global team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

We are looking for a robot experienced engineer with appropriate degrees fully capable of taking on this great challenge. The person who will fill the position will work closely with the development team in Switzerland. It is a demanding and responsible position. We expect our new robot engineer to be able to:

- Develop and take responsibility to build an environment compatible with our robot
- Develop and script necessary instructions to steer the robot
- Develop the necessary test processes to run the robot unmanned, in collaboration with the Vietnam team
- Analyze and implement robotic functions using best practices
- Analyze test results and if necessary, improve solution to achieve better results
- Study and understand the robot's interface with all required components
- Have responsibility for full documentation to keep information together
- Solve technical problems and share solutions within the team
- Be involved into Agile planning and responsible for achieving “done” status

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**

The person who will become our robot engineer will go through a training period where they will be taught the responsibilities they are going to have, which is doable with a willingness to learn.
- He or she must be skilled in computer programming, such as Python or Java
- Relevant IT certificates or any other additional certificates related to robotics are highly appreciated
- We expect at least four years of working experience and two years along robots
- Fluent in English language (speaking and writing/reading). Able to explain and discuss the working tasks in English. Being an easy communicator to achieve robust results with the team
- Experienced with tools from Atlassian such as Jira and Confluence
- He or she should be used to work with Microsoft Office 365 environment such as Word, Excel, Cloud, Teams, etc.
- Experience working in an agile environment and taking the personal lead
- Work by videoconference using Microsoft Teams to collaborate with the team in Switzerland
- Able to work independent
- The person who will fill the position must have strong self-motivation to overcome obstacles and solve problems. You must want to learn daily and be able to be innovative to optimize processes

**Salary**
- Attractive salary / negotiable
- 13th-month salary depending on the employee’s length of service
- Government social insurance is based on the full gross salary
- Full salary during probation

**Working hours and leave**
- Flexible working hours - 8 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Leave days according to Vietnam government policy
- Carrying over a maximum of 3 days to next year
- For every 3 work-years 1 day additional leave day
