This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to: Sales Manager
- Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree or above, prefer in Engineering or a related fields. Additional experiences in robotics or industrial automation are an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales/proposal at least 2 years, especially in robotics, industrial automation, or a related field; particularly work in general industry relating applications, such as metal fabrication…
- Familiarity with managing diversified clients
- Experience in business development, and sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively across different regions.
- Problem-solving abilities and a goal-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
- Strong understanding of local market in the robotics and automation industry.
